Clémence Prosen

Clémence Prosen is a French-born Irish artist, designer and a calm-life advocate, known for her serene and contemplative artworks. Clémence’s artistic journey has been deeply influenced by her surroundings and life experiences. After spending 15 years as a project manager in the corporate sector, she turned to art as a means of finding peace and mindfulness in a hectic world.

In 2014, Clémence’s artistic journey took a new direction when she began to paint regularly, rediscovering her passion for creativity and self-expression. She is self-taught and her move to Ireland in 2016 provided further inspiration, as she found solace in the calming landscapes and supportive artistic community. Balancing her artistic pursuits with her corporate career, Clémence quickly established herself as a rising talent in the Irish art scene. She became a full-time artist in 2021.

Over the years, Clémence’s work has evolved to reflect her deep connection to nature and the simple joys of life. Drawing inspiration from the beauty of the Irish countryside, she creates paintings that evoke a sense of tranquility and mindfulness. Her use of soft brushstrokes and subtle color palettes invites viewers to slow down and appreciate the beauty of the present moment.

Clémence’s paintings have been exhibited at prestigious venues such as the Berkeley Gallery and the Red Stables in Dublin, showcasing her talent and unique artistic vision. Her artworks are also available for purchase at the Grá Gallery in Naas, Co. Kildare, and her studio at Ardgillan Castle in Balbriggan.

Driven by a desire to inspire others, Clémence hopes to use her art to promote well-being and mental health, encouraging people to find peace and balance in their own lives. With each brushstroke, she invites viewers to join her on a journey of mindfulness and self-discovery.
