Shane Hegarty – Author
Shane Hegarty is a children’s books author from Skerries. His bestselling book series ‘Darkmouth’ has been translated into a dozen languages. His book ‘Boot’ was the Dublin UNESCO City of Literature City Read for 2020. His new series is ‘The Shop of Impossible Ice Creams’ and his first picture book will be published in 2024.
