Embroidery workshop with artist Uisce Jakubczyk

Join us for an embroidery workshop with artist and weaver, Uisce Jakubczyk and explore the intricate art of hand embroidery.

This workshop is organised as part of the Weaving the Threads of Heritage art exhibition on show in Ardgillan Gallery, 12th April – 11th May 2025. The exhibition features new artworks inspired by Fingal’s rich history of textile and hosiery manufacturing, alongside a collection of historical embroidery and weaving sample catalogues. Explore intricate designs from these samplers and try your hand at recreating them.
