Come gather round! Draw closer and I will tell you some tales…

These are our legends – the Gods, lovers and warriors whose stories have passed from generation to generation around campfires, bar-stools and school rooms. “A Deck of Tales” is an exhibition of oil paintings by the artist, Enda Brady, that re-imagine the wild and bawdy characters of our mythology with humour, colour and exuberance.

These are stories of heroism or villainy, of joy or despair, of transformation or rebirth. What better way to capture the pivotal moments and the dual nature of their personalities than as the Kings, Queens and Knaves of an Irish deck of playing cards… Let us deal you in!

Reception taking place on 21st June from 2-4pm in Ardgillan Gallery!

The exhibition will run from 13th to the 28th June 2026.
