Artsy Mindful Classes Imbolc Edition with Clémence Prosen

This Mindful Artsy Session – Imbolc Edition is a gentle, seasonal gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and welcome the energy of renewal through art and mindfulness.
Led by artist Clémence Prosen, the session blends simple meditation, intuitive mark-making, and expressive colour work inspired by the themes of light, intention, and gentle growth. No artistic experience is needed — this is not about technique or results, but about presence and self-connection.
You will leave feeling calmer, grounded, and with a small artwork created by you — a visual reminder of this moment of transition and intention.
