Culture Night 2024
Culture Night is a nationwide celebration of Irish arts, culture, and heritage. On September 20th, over 1,000 venues across Ireland will open their doors for free, offering everything from live performances to art exhibitions and historical tours.
One of the most exciting venues to visit during Culture Night 2024 is Ardgillan Castle We are opening our doors with an array of events that will immerse you in Irish art and culture.
- Starting at 5 PM, enjoy free self-guided tours of the castle’s grand interiors and rich history.
- From 6 PM to 7 PM, experience the magic of poetry readings in the library, a perfect way to connect with Irish literature.
- Life Drawing session from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
- Open art studios will be running all evening, offering you a glimpse into the creative process of local artists. Including our studio!
- There will also be live music throughout the night, setting the mood for an unforgettable evening.
- Finally, visit the Art Gallery, showcasing exceptional works from Blaine O’Donnell
